Describe some of the basic characteristics of a good leader.
What is a good leader? A good leader provide motives to succeeding a good healthy life as they lead others. Children, teens, and adults have their own leaders that they look up to in different areas such as music, dancing, family, school, acting, or politics. They all show and lead others to loyalty and pride. Good leaders lead others to be dependable, determined, and passionate.
Good leaders are very dependable. No matter what the circumstances are, they can be counted on. As president of the united states, Barack Obama is a great leader. He has a lot of responsibilities on a daily basis. America depends on him and Barack takes it in hand to get what they need, to make the world a better place to stay in with lots of smile on their faces.
Determination keeps a good leader in order. When they set goals, they are determined to reach their mark. Tyler Perry is a play writer, actor, and director. He was a homeless man that needed a change in his life. Tyler was determined to live a better life. He is now a millionaire because he didn’t give up on his life. Tyler leads and show others to never give up, keeping up the determination will lead to something big and will not have to worry about anything.
A good leader is very passionate. They are very calm about any situation that are thrown to them. In order to be a good leader, he or she have to be passionate to motivate others. Leaders keep up a happy atmosphere. People will look up to someone who shows courage in everything they do in life.
In conclusion, a good leader are dependable, obtain their goals, determined, confidence and everything that lead to a healthy life. Quit is not an option for good leaders. They work hard to become the best of the best. Good leaders guide people to the right path of success or to a better life.
