School Paper Format – Know the Correct Pattern
Academic essay writing is a part and parcel of school life and all students must write them irrespective of their class and subject. Each page should have a header on all pages of the written essay containing written matter as according to the chosen format or as specified by the instructor. A reference page is compulsory at the end if any direct quotations are cited in the essay to avoid charges of plagiarism. There are different types of formatting and it is important that a student knows all of them well so to write the essay correctly. A school level essay will be of the 5 paragraph essay type. It will have an introduction, a body of three paragraphs or more ( paragraph count generally occur in odd numbers) and a conclusion.The introduction will give stress on the fact as to why that particular theme was chosen and why the writer thinks it to be important. It will also give relevant and important information on the topic but in brief. The main body will contain the details about the topic chosen. Facts and important information are to be presented here in great details. The writing has to be strong and smooth so that the essay flows effortlessly from one paragraph to the next which forms the subtopic of the essay. Logical continuity must be there and broken facts and information instead of forming a strong chain will disrupt the smooth flow and spoil the whole effect. The conclusion must give a proper summary of the whole essay without repeating the facts and information.
